In 2015 the TAURON Group’s average headcount in FTEs was 24,778, down from 2014 when it was 26,108

Voluntary redundancy programmes contributed to reducing the average headcount in 2015 versus 2014. They were administered in distribution, generation and mining. Additionally, employees left the TAURON Group and the TAURON Biomass Group in consolidated reporting in 2015.
